Max Kitano is a pastry chef and the owner of Sugarworks LLC. He has mastered the art of origami and sugar sculpture. He can make a variety of things out of sugar. We were particularly interested in the origami sugar cranes which can be made bride & groom style and placed on top of wedding cakes. See video of a sugar crane being made.
