I searched for a Business Card Holder and found one by Romie Halabaso that would suit my needs. But, alas, there were no instructions and frequent attempts at contacting Romie were not answered. Therefore I thought I would create my own and this is them. Romie Halabaso still holders the copyright to this design I just wanted to assist the people requesting instructions.
